Rooms must be exited by 11AM. Because each room is rented uniquely, late check-outs require advance notice and are $25 per additional hour if available.

The two private rooms at Downton Valley are elegantly designed. The Dowager room is spacious with large windows that let in the afternoon light. Both rooms have a comfortable queen-size bed and a private bath and shower.
Continental Breakfast
During your stay at Downton Valley, start your mornings with our delicious continental breakfast, which is included for all guests. Coffee and tea are also included with your stay, and they are available all day long.
Outdoor Heated Salt Water Pool
Downton Valley’s heated outdoor saltwater pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. Enjoy a peaceful swim through the warm water while taking in the landscape and gardens before stepping into the outdoor Jacuzzi, which is open year-round.
Fitness Gym
The spacious fitness gym at Downton Valley includes a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, weight machine, free weights and yoga mats. There is also a mindfulness area. Large windows provide stunning mountain views to enjoy during your workout.
Media Room
Downton Valley’s media room features a Samsung 75” Class LED TV with numerous cable and streaming options. Step into this comfortable space to enjoy a movie night or to catch up on your favorite television show.
Hiking Trails
Downton Valley’s backyard has direct access to well-groomed, women-made hiking trails. The trails are also open for mountain biking, and snowshoeing, providing opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in all four seasons.

Except for the resident dog, Charlie, no pets are allowed on the premises.
No Smoking, Vaping, or Incense
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property including the courtyard and front porch. This includes vaping, incense, or any other product that produces smoke or odor.
Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors and other guests by keeping noise levels down in the evening hours. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily.
