We are excited to have you vacation with us here at Downton Valley™. We are committed to keeping our guests, families, and our beloved community safe.To that end, we require all our guests to be 100% vaccinated and boosted at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and to provide proof of vaccination and booster when you arrive. However, if you are ineligible for a booster because you received your last vaccine within the last 6 months, a booster is not required.
The Covid-19 situation is an ever-changing matter. In order to protect our guests and ourselves, we have been keeping a very close eye on all developments and recommendations. We strictly adhere to the Safety Standards issued by the CDC, Massachusetts Department of Health and the City of Northampton Health Department, which can be viewed here.
The safety and well-being of our guests are the highest priority at Downton Valley™. While we always maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, we are taking additional precautions to reduce the risk of exposure to Covid-19 pathogens and the variant(s). We have put into place essential preparatory and prevention measures to our already top-notch housekeeping processes, ranging from increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency, adjustments in the manner we serve breakfast, and keeping ourselves healthy and safe.
Your reservation acts as your certification that you have complied or will comply with all requirements and orders of Massachusetts State and local laws and the policies of Downton Valley™. Of course, feel free to contact us directly so that questions or concerns may be clarified before you complete your reservation.
As you can imagine, the regulations and restrictions surrounding Covid-19 change frequently. We ask that you check back to our Covid-19 policies prior to your visit to familiarize yourself with all restrictions, dining and activity arrangements and availability, as those items may change prior to your visit.
