Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival date: full refund, less a 10% service fee.
Cancellations greater than 14 days, but less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation, no-shows, missed nights or early departures.
