Downton Valley is an adult-women-only property (21+).
Downton Valley is trans-inclusive.
Minimum of 2-night stay is required.
Rates are $295/night off-season and $325/night in-season (flat rate, no taxes and no additional fees).
Rates include:
- Lodging for one or two people per room
- Daily continental breakfast
- Use of all the amenities
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
There is NO smoking anywhere on the property.
Except for the resident dog, Charlie, no pets are allowed on the premises.
Only registered guests are allowed inside the Inn.
Adult friends and family (21+) of registered guests may use the outdoor amenities at a daily rate of $25.00 per person.
- (Limited to 4 persons per day/per reservation)
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm.
Check-out is 11 am.
